How to Resolve the Issue of Not Receiving Emails from Our Site in QQ Mailbox

If you are unable to receive the email verification code during account registration, you may refer to the following solutions:

1. Check the format of your email address Ensure that your email address is correctly entered.

If there’s an extra character, a missing one, or a typo, please register again using the correct email address.

2. If the email format is correct but you're still not receiving the verification email You can try adding Gname’s email address to your email whitelist via QQ Mail settings.

After adding the whitelist, try resending the system email.

How to Add a Whitelist Entry in QQ Mail

Step 1:

Log in to QQ Mail, and click the “Settings” button at the top of the page.

Step 2:

Under the settings menu, click the “Anti-spam” option, and then find and select “Whitelist Settings.”

Step 3:

In the “Set Domain Whitelist” dialog box, input:

`[email protected]`, `[email protected]`, or `[email protected]`, then click “Add to Domain Whitelist.”

After successfully adding the specified system email address to your whitelist, return to the registration page and try resending the verification email.
