To ensure superior service for VIP accounts, Gname will implement the following adjustments to VIP account benefits and tier upgrade/downgrade criteria effective December 1, 2025.
I. VIP Account Benefit Updates:
1. Pricing Discounts: Enjoy lower registration, renewal, and promotional coupon rates.
2. Free Coupon Allocation: Receive 200 free transfer discount coupons ($1.50 off) and 100 free auction cancellation coupons monthly.
3. Dedicated Account Manager: Assigned account manager providing one-on-one communication and priority response.
4. Priority Support: Elevated priority for online inquiries and ticket resolution.
5. Fee Discount: Enjoy only 8% auction fee for User-Pre listings.
II. VIP Account Upgrade Guidelines:
Only accounts registered as GNAME reseller accounts that meet any of the two criteria below will be upgraded to VIP status on the 1st of the following month. You will receive email and in-platform notifications upon upgrade. Specific requirements are as follows:
1. Monthly Deposit Requirement: Total deposits for the month must reach or exceed $10,000.00.
2. Domain Quantity Requirement: Total domains held by the account must reach or exceed 2,000, and the monthly deposit amount must reach or exceed $5,000.00.
III. VIP Account Downgrade Policy:
If a VIP account fails to meet either the monthly deposit requirement or domain quantity requirement within three consecutive months, the system will revoke your VIP account privileges on the first calendar day of the following month!
IV. VIP Account Privileges FAQ
1. Can I upgrade to a VIP account if my standard account meets the upgrade criteria?
No. Only accounts classified as reseller accounts (Basic Reseller or Advanced Reseller) that meet the VIP upgrade criteria can be upgraded to enjoy VIP privileges.
2. Where can I claim the free 200 transfer discount coupons ($1.50 off) and 100 auction failure coupons after becoming a VIP account?
Access Account Management > My Account > VIP Customer to claim them. This can only be done once per month.
3. Do coupons obtained through VIP accounts expire?
Yes. Coupons are valid for 30 days after successful redemption. They expire after this period and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please note the usage timeframe.
4. If I forgot to claim the 200 transfer discount coupons ($1.50 discount) and 100 unsold item coupons last month, can I apply for them?
No. The system refreshes monthly. You can only claim coupons gifted in the current month. Please claim them promptly.
5. Do dealers receive commissions when VIP account coupons are used?
No. Since these coupons are complimentary gifts, they do not qualify for dealer commissions.
