Useful Features for "Buy It Now" Domain Sales

1. Setting Featured Domains in Your Shop

（1）If your shop has many domains for sale and you want to highlight important ones, you can feature them by following this process:
Go to the [On Sale] section, click the [Recommendation] option next to the domain name. After confirming in the popup window, the domain will be set as a Recommendation Domain in your shop.

Note: Each shop can feature up to 6 domains.

（2）After setting featured domains, they will be displayed like this when someone visits your shop:

2.Popular Shop  (Buy It Now Recommendation ) Setup

（1）If you want to display your domain for sale in the [Add to Hot Deals] section of the Fixed-Price list to increase visibility and attract more buyers, you can set it up as follows:

Go to [Seller -Add to Hot Deals], input the domain you want to feature, and place a bid. The bidding fee is $1 per placement. Once the bid is successful, the most recent bid will be listed in the first position, and the previous rankings will shift down one spot. Currently, there are only 8 ad spots available.

（2）Before setting up [Hot Picks], please carefully read the page’s instructions. Regardless of whether the domain is sold successfully, the bidding fee is non-refundable.

3. Linked Shop ID Feature
 If you have multiple shops and want buyers to see the domains for sale in your other shops when they visit one of your shops, you can set up Linked Shop IDs!

In [Seller - Shop Settings], go to the Linked Shop ID section and input the IDs of the shops you want to link.

To link shop IDs, enter the corresponding account UIDs, separated by commas. You can link up to 30 shops.

4. Shop Domain Grouping Setup

If you want to group the domains you have for sale in your shop, follow the steps below:

（1）In [Domain Management - Bulk Operation - Bulk Set Category], if your account has an active shop, you will see the [Buy It Now] option in the domain group settings.

（2）Select Manage Groups - Add Group, then enter a Group Name and Group Description, and confirm to Add Group.
Next, on the Bulk Set Group page, assign your domains to the corresponding groups.

（3）Once the grouping is complete, go to [Seller - On Sale], where you can view the groups you've set. You will also be able to search for and manage domains by their group.

5. Shop Privacy Settings

In the Shop Settings, if you wish to hide certain information, the “Buy It Now” Shop currently supports hiding the following: Shop ID, Shop Logo, Shop Name, Seller Credit’s Rating, and Shop Sales Record.

Once these privacy settings are enabled, your shop will not be searchable in the “Buy It Now” list using the hidden information. You can customize these settings according to your preferences.

6. One-Click Import for Domain Descriptions and Cost Prices

This feature helps you quickly set and manage domain descriptions and cost prices when listing domains for sale.

（1）One-Click Import of Descriptions: The system will attempt to automatically fill in missing descriptions using your previously entered domain notes.

（2）One-Click Import of Cost Prices:The system will attempt to automatically fill in any missing cost prices using your domain’s existing cost data (e.g., purchase price or winning bid).
